Can I Stay For A Long Period Of Time?
Yes! We do offer long-term stays but to book for 60 days or more you will need to call our office to reserve your dates. 

Do You Have A Mid Stay Cleaning Service?
Yes! We offer Mid Stay Cleaning services for all of our properties no matter the length of your stay. Our Mid Stay Cleaning fee is determined by the size of the home you are staying in. If you are interested in a Mid Stay Clean please contact our office to get that scheduled.

What Is The Cleaning Fee?
Our cleaning fee is based on the size of the home and will have a starting price point of $60 and go up to $90. We have our housekeeping clean every unit thoroughly between every guest for your comfort and safety.

Who Do I Contact For Maintenance Issues?
We inspect our units before and after every guest to ensure everything to working for your comfort and convenience. However, things can happen and we are prepared for anything. If an issue does arise during the duration of your stay please contact our maintenance team anytime at (505) 

What Is Required To Make A Reservation?
To make a reservation on Themresorts.com you will need to be at least 18 years of age and provide us with a valid drivers license. 

What Is The Check-in And Check-out Procedure?
We have made our check-in and check-out procedure as easy as possible. Check-in is at 4 pm, however, you can check in anytime after that with your unique access code, we offer contact-free check-in for your convenience.
Check-out time is 10 am to ensure we have plenty of time for our housekeeping to thoroughly clean and inspect our properties.

What Do Your Properties Provide To Your Guests?
We Provide our guests with clean towels and bedding, pre-wrapped toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup wipes.
In the kitchen, we supply all cooking and baking equipment as well as cooking essentials (salt&pepper, cooking oil, sugar etc.) for your convenience.
All homes are equipped with cleaning supplies, wifi, dishes, and if the property has a washer/dryer we supply the laundry detergent.
